They operate their production facility from one of the most modern and state of the art confectionery production facilities in Europe. Control procedures meet with all the highest standards such as HACCP and they are BRC Global Standard GRADE A Certified
The team currently produce over 12 million gourmet jelly beans daily in 36 different flavours including Pomegranate, Candy Floss, English Blackberry and Watermelon. Extra care goes into making each and every bean - it takes 14 days for one single bean to come off the production line. Secondly, The Jelly Bean Factory® only makes what are known as Gourmet Jelly Beans, where the flavour runs right through each bean, from centre to shell. All the fruit flavours contain 5% fruit juice and all 36 flavours are gelatine, gluten, GMO and nut free, Kosher certified, Halal compliant and are suitable for Coeliacs and Vegetarians. All of their gourmet jelly bean are made using 100% NATURAL FLAVOURS and NO ARTIFICIAL colours.
