It takes two weeks to craft each of the individual 36 flavours using a highly specialised process. All of the speckles are applied to the pristinely polished outer shell using a handcrafted process. The Gourmet Jelly Bean contains NATURAL flavour in BOTH the outer shell and the bean centre.
